The prices of the products on this website already include VAT at the legal rate in force in mainland Portugal. We reserve the right to correct the price and/or cancel the order at any time if there is a typographical error.

Shipping fees for destinations vary according to weight.

We only accept orders with a minimum value of €5.00.

Prices and conditions are valid except for out of stock. 

Orders are sent via Parcel Post from Correios or other companies specializing in home deliveries.

Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer or delivered to the nearest post office depending on the delivery method. If it is not possible to deliver the order, it is delivered to the post office in your area, where it must be collected. Alternatively, and if the order will be transported by another company, a telephone contact will be left to schedule a second delivery attempt.
For the best processing of your order, always indicate an address where someone can be found to receive it.
Upon receipt of your order, an email containing confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent to your email address. The deadline for delivery is a maximum of 4 days in mainland Portugal, this time varying for deliveries in other countries according to the deadline given by the Post Office. We reserve the right to send the order in 2 or more installments in case of stock shortages. Additional shipments are at no additional cost to the customer.
